What makes the building and its 18 apartments special is the innovative geothermal heating it utilises in lieu of other fuel types. Energy piles are to be constructed beneath the building which will act as heat exchangers. These will accumulate geothermal heat both efficiently and affordably.
In winter they will be used to heat the water in the underfloor heating systems in the apartments, while in summer they will be used to provide air conditioning. In this way we have created the perfect indoor climate for your new home year-round, with the lowest energy costs on the market.
In addition to the geothermal heating, there will be solar panels on the roof which alone will cover almost half of the building’s electricity needs.

Prices & plans
A storeroom and at least one parking space must be purchased for each apartment. Storerooms cost €4000, courtyard parking spaces €10,000 and covered parking spaces alongside the building €13,000. The larger storerooms are reserved for the larger apartments.
